Job Description
  • Facilitates front-end innovation workshops to drive and help build mid to long term pipelines, in line with identified opportunity areas.
  • Drives and leads I&R projects including supporting markets, SBU's and functions in I&R strategy development; develops front-end innovation leveraging workshop facilitation, ideation to concept development and consumer assessment.
  • Leads development of Idea to Launch (I2L) projects by providing a consumer, brand and portfolio perspective in the continuous development and execution of ideas and concepts, leveraging all tools and techniques in pursuit of innovation agility.
  • Act as local guardian of the I2L End-to-End Flow, Governance, System, Ways of working and ensures I2L is embedded in local innovation and renovation (I&R) Ways-of-Working. Leads local cross-functional I&R community and ensures deployment of continuous improvements.
  • Builds strong brands which will delight target consumers and generate strong business results.
  • Drives and supports the development of the innovation strategy as well as the identification and assessment of opportunity areas, consumer-centric concepts and prototypes for consumer validation.
  • Identifies and proposes appropriate resource levels (people, funding, capacity, etc.) based on relative project importance and complexity.
  • Collaborates with multi-functional resources in the delivery of specific innovation projects by applying efficient, effective, flawless End-to-End Idea-to-Launch (I2L) Project Management.
