Job Description
As the Marketing Intern, you'll be responsible for supporting revenue marketing campaigns, amplifying customer voices, and driving business impact for engineering leaders. We need someone who is collaborative, creative, and curious to uncover compelling product use cases and identify brand advocates.


You'll report to the Customer Marketing Manager within the Product Marketing team. In addition to working closely with the marketing team, you'll work cross-functionally with the customer success, product, and sales teams.


Let's Talk About Responsibilities


  • Continuously help improve our product experience
  • Work with teams across the Jellyfish organization to achieve business goals
  • Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives
  • Support marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Partner with Ops to optimize marketing tools & infrastructure
  • Write copy for promotional emails and other marketing collateral
  • Manage aspects of Jellyfish's customer community
  • Assist in maintaining brand alignment across all assets
