Hybrid Position - Paid Internship
What We’re Looking For
As a Marketing Intern at Fifth and Cor, you will be part of the Marketing Team and assist the team in conceptualizing and executing our customers social media content and digital marketing strategy. This is the perfect role for someone who loves social media, experiential retail, influencer marketing and wants to work hard to establish their career.
We are looking for someone incredibly motivated and organized with great attention to detail. You must be able to think creatively, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.

What We Want You To Do
- Research PR opportunities to increase brand awareness in the news and in relevant news outlets/publications.
- Monitor and coordinate timely response to incoming emails and correspondences from clients.
- Manage external content creation via influencers, photographers and brand ambassadors
- Own community management by responding to comments & actively engaging with customers, as well reaching new audiences through proactive outreach.
- Go above and beyond to move the needle and grow client social media accounts.
- Report on online reviews & feedback from customers & fans.
- Create & Execute our customer's content calendar across all existing social media channels & manage postings.
- Assist in running paid media campaigns and Organic Social Boosts across platforms to meet the following objectives: Brand Awareness, Website Traffic, Engagement, Video Views, Lead Generation/Conversions.
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic & customer engagement metrics.
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers including campaigns, promotions & contests
- Create the assets for clients’ social media and marketing channels on-time & to the highest quality.
- Create and execute marketing strategy from events, experiential retail, brand partnerships, guerrilla marketing to drive the greatest digital results.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
- Research audience preferences & discover current trends.

- Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills to juggle multiple responsibilities at once and consistently meet deadlines.

- Comfortable looking at the data to measure program performance
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrates creativity documented immersion in social media
- Strong analytical approach for evaluating attribution funnel metrics and campaign performance
- Ability to identify problems head on and propose sustainable solutions in a quick and efficient manner
- Excellent organizational & time management skills including high attention to detail and rigor
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, Discord, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Has a working knowledge of the marketing ecosystem
- A passion for social media / PR / digital marketing/ influencer and brand ambassador.
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side
- Excellent writing and copy editing skills.
- Strong team spirit, collaborative work approach and significant enthusiasm for brainstorming
