- Previous experience in skilled nursing/long term care or Acute Care Management required.
- Experience in business/development preferred.
- Nursing license preferred.

- Assess residents’ needs and coordinate care with the team to ensure all needs are met.
- Participate in Marketing the center and maintaining acceptable census levels.
- Available 24/7 to meet hospital demand.
- Interview potential residents and resident representatives to collect accurate data.
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication abilities.
- Expert working in automated, highly competitive environments navigating multiple applications to source patients, communicate acceptance and analyze case while synchronizing data in Complete Care internal systems to communicate internally regarding patient status.
- Gather all pre-admissions data to determine resident level of care and ability of the center to provide outstanding service.
- Travel to multiple locations to facilitate business and development initiatives and provide assessment services as assigned by Regional Vice President, Business and Development.

- Nursing degree preferred
