Job Description
Enumerate is looking for an energetic Marketing and Events Manager to join our team! Big picture, in this role, you’ll be responsible for developing both in-person and digital marketing events that support building our marketing and sales pipeline across the organization. We estimate you’ll organize 15-20 events a year. This role is responsible with managing marketing projects, assisting with the creation of digital content and marketing materials, hosting monthly webinars, including pre, during, and post communications and following up with key reporting and KPIs on event impact. In this role, you’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing and be a key member of the Demand Gen Marketing team that focuses on high-quality and high-volume output. You’ll work cross-functionally with the Product team, as we will expand into a user's conference, and with Customer Operations, as we support Customer Success with customer upsell goals at events. As we grow, there is a vision that we will plan and host our own event for our customers. This role is open to remote work, with a strong preference for candidates in Knoxville, TN or Clearwater, FL, or more generally CT or ET time zones. Our salary range for this role is 70-80k, depending on experience. What you’ll do Help develop effective marketing strategies that result in measurable pipeline build Assist with overall marketing planning and objective setting for in-person brand events and tradeshows along with digital events like webinars Serve as a project manager for creation of marketing collateral materials Conceptualizes, manages and plans Enumerate events Responsible for the development and fulfillment of the events and marketing budgets Plan, create and schedule fresh, engaging content for all digital channels including social, website and e-news, to promote your events and projects. This is an estimated 20% of your job. Manage on-site set up, production and take down for each event Manage memberships and sponsorships for the organization Supervise and coordinate with event contractors Negotiate agreements with outside vendors Train and educate staff on proper event procedures Interface with all key departments to gather announcements/newsworthy items and disseminate as appropriate Support our partner channels with branded materials and events to drive incremental lead volume Assist with the production and management of all internal and external organizational communications related to events and partnerships Track digital social media KPIs and optimize marketing activities Develop and distribute electronic newsletter You should have Required: 3 years of experience in marketing event management, preferably in B2B/SaaS Experience writing and managing digital content including social media, web, and e-news Experience working with a designer and managing collateral production projects Preferred: Experience with O365 Experience with webinar tools like Go to Webinar, ON24, etc. Experience with Marketing Automation tools like HubSpot along with other social media management tools Proficiency with social media networks Strong project management skills Knowledge of marketing and communications best practices Ability to execute efficiently, using independent judgement Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Up to 10% travel for specific high need company events and some ad hoc travel Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship Benefits Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, 401K, Health Spending Account (HSA) Culture Why Enumerate Our team is changing the face of the HOA Property Technology space as a trusted industry leader for over 30 years.
