Director of Marketing
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Marketing to join our client’s dynamic team. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading a team and developing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in leadership, D2C digital marketing expertise, and customer journey development experience. This role requires a deep understanding of email marketing, SMS, segmentation, and the ability to effectively communicate and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your D2C digital marketing expertise to develop and execute effective email marketing and SMS campaigns.
- Lead a team of four individuals, including Senior Managers and Managers, to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Sales, and Analytics, to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create and optimize customer journey development initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring the effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze customer data and segmentation to identify opportunities for targeted marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools, such as Klayvio, PostScript, Tableau, and/ or NetSuite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Proven leadership experience, including at least 1-2 years of direct report management.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer lifetime value and revenue generation preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in D2C digital marketing, with a deep understanding of email marketing, SMS, and segmentation.
- Demonstrated experience in customer journey development, including lifecycle marketing and personalization.
Compensation/Benefits: Up to $180,000
- Comprehensive benefits package and performance- based bonus of up to 10%
- Hybrid Schedule – 3 days in office
- Full- Time, Direct Hire
