Job Description

Seeking an enthusiastic self-starter who is willing to learn and adapt and build a marketing department for new customers and retention. This role is to oversee the marketing for five-key divisions. This responsibility involves assessing and creating the company’s marketing plan and strategy and then planning, coordinating, and directing marketing efforts. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing and basic graphic programs (adobe etc>)
  • Work effectively without close supervision
  • Basic understanding of printing processes a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum marketing certification in AMA or DMI or equivalent education or certification.
  • Prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to read, understand and follow standard operating procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with executives, managers, team members, vendors and customers.
  • Computer literacy Microsoft High level
  • Digital marketing skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget in order to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective.
  • Perform other related duties in support of the office as assigned by management.
  • Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies.
  • Learn and understand the client/customer base with each of five divisions.
  • Maintain and revise the company brands and images that attracts customers to the product or service.
  • Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market.
  • Learn product line, imprint specifications, production guidelines, and basic understanding of digital equipment procedures in order to provide superior preproduction and digital equipment.
  • Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards.
  • Collaborate with others to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and direction of the company.
  • Learn and maintain accurate records in all software and program systems.
