Exponent is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist in Menlo Park, CA to drive marketing strategy and support a variety of web, social, and email marketing initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing channel strategies and campaigns for web, social and email marketing
• Collaborating with internal teams to create high value content for events, DEI, recruiting, brand messaging, thought leadership, insights, alerts, and other content types
• Leveraging data to evaluate the impact of marketing activities (at the strategy and campaign level)
• Providing revised strategies for improving digital performance passed on reporting
• Leading paid social media campaigns and retargeting campaigns and analyzing their effectiveness
• Bringing creativity and adventurous spirit to your work
• Working with the marketing content team to maintain and update the website and intranet
• Creating reporting for analyzing digital program effectiveness
• Bringing SEO best practices to all digital content

You will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Ads, UTM code, HubSpot, Drupal or WordPress, Canva or Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to plan for, carry out and provide support for projects with minimal supervision
• 6-8 years of digital marketing experience
• B.S. degree in marketing, business, communication, journalism, or related field
• Experience developing and implementing strategic marketing communications plans and B2B programs

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.
