Marketing Consultant Jobs

ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Key roles, responsibilities & functions for this position)

• Owns marketing projects ranging from medium to large in scale and complexity
• Encourages and participates in active and creative problem-solving when necessary
• Continuously looks for ways to improve partnerships and marketing strategy
• Develops and maintains a deep knowledge of the marketing and health industry
• Executes strategies and tactics with little oversight
• Helps approve marketing work, makes decisions needed to move work forward or seeks appropriate level of approval when necessary
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned
• Participates in marketing strategic plan development, may lead/own smaller scale strategic planning
• Manages relationships and engagement with partners internally and externally including leaders

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Minimum qualifications needed for this position)

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with urgency and excellent follow through on commitments
• Demonstrates ability to actively problem solve
• Takes responsibility for decisions, actions and failures. Shows personal commitment and takes action to continuously improve
• Clear, timely and effective communicator that actively listens and appreciates multiple perspectives
• Builds rapport in an open, friendly and accepting way
• 3 years of marketing experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite
• Proactively develops relationship with partners and colleagues and takes ownership of maintaining key relationships
• Experience managing budgets
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ equivalent years of job-related experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Specific market experience i.e. healthcare, health care insurance
• Experience in highly regulated field with legal, compliance and privacy related components

• Experience working with sales, business partners and physician leadership is a plus
• Experience working with B2B and consumer facing marketing
