As a valuable member of Privia’s Marketing team, the Patient Marketing Associate will provide much-needed coordination to help our team improve the healthcare experience for our Care Centers and their patients. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, analytical and organized team player who excels in working cross-functionally and proactively finding ways to deliver value to the team and organization.
Essential Job Duties:
- Hosts monthly marketing meetings/learnings opportunities (brown bags, lunch & learns, etc). with Care Center providers and staff
- Owns inventory management and order logistics on the Jetmail marketing portal
- Owns the go-live preparation process including coordinating headshots, go-live kit ordering to ensure a smooth transition to Privia’s marketing offerings
- Trains and implements practices on platforms such as Care Center websites, Google MyBusiness. Press Ganey (online reviews), etc.
- Owns the onboarding and ongoing education processes for new practices on marketing offerings and initiatives (including third party vendors)
- Well organized with effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communicator who speaks with confidence and conviction
- Experience with Athena EMR and/or Microstrategy preferred
- 2+ years of marketing and/or implementation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
Physical Demands:
- Ability to frequently adjust focus
- Ability to read and use close vision, including the ability to do so on a computer screen
- Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as computer and printer
- Ability to frequently communicate and exchange information
- Ability to constantly remain in a stationary position
Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $50,000.00-$70,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

Technical Requirements (for remote workers):
In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed. This should be acquired prior to the start of your employment. The best measure of your internet speed is to use online speed tests like https://www.speedtest.net/. This gives you an update as to how fast data transfer is with your internet connection and if it meets the minimum speed requirements. Work with your internet provider if you have questions about your connection. Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset this cost.
