Crawford Group is seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. As the marketing and sales coordinator on the Customer Experience team for Crawford Group, you will have a pivotal role in supporting our growth. This is an ideal role for someone who is an outgoing team player who is curious and likes to explore, learn, and create in their job. This role reports to the Customer Experience Director on a small and highly agile go-to-market team.

Responsibilities:
Support and monitor marketing campaign activities
Assist with marketing analytics and sales lead qualification
Develop marketing and sales content
Maintain customer relationship database health
Event evaluation and execution support
Manage sales and marketing incentive programs
Assist with Ad hoc brand and sales projects if needed
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role
Exceptional communication skills
Proven storyteller and content creator
Project management with attention to detail
Technology savvy
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Creative and analytical mind
Independent critical thinker with problems solving skills
Self motivated, self directed and confident
Desire to learn and grow
You love working in a fast moving, highly collaborative team environment
A.A. or B.A. in marketing, business, or humanities or equivalent experience is preferred
Location: Remote
Duration: Direct Hire
Rate: $55K-$65K/annual salary W-2; benefits available (Our salary ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location)
