THE ROLE


We are hiring a Marketing + Customer Experience Specialist who will support growth initiatives between digital marketing and client support.


On the Marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in expanding the Nice brand through digital marketing channels including social media, website, and email newsletters. Your focus will be on content creation, using your industry and organizational knowledge to create photo, video, and written content that speaks to Nice Commerce’s value props, expertise, and culture. You'll also use your impressive research and analytical skills to inform our strategic direction on blog content, paid and organic search optimization, and sales enablement materials.


On the Accounts team, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely support and resolving issues through email, phone, and text support. You'll work closely with our Account Managers, Support, and Operations teams to ensure we meet our service level agreements and maintain our high standards for client service. Your proactive, knowledgeable, and organized approach will help our clients feel confident that they're in good hands with Nice Commerce. You'll also be seen as a subject matter expert and an essential contributor to day-to-day operations, providing quick action and smart solutions to client questions and helping with projects and processes in the Warehouse.



RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Interact with followers, partners, and prospective clients to improve engagement
  • Provide data entry and organization in GSuite and Microsoft Suite
  • Assist in researching and writing blog and client-specific content for SEO and newsletters
  • Research and report on marketing best practices, competition, and trends in the industry for strategic planning
  • Plan and organize monthly editorial calendars across various platforms with the Marketing Coordinator
  • Create original photo, graphic, and video content for Nice Commerce's social media and ads
  • Provide frontline support for Tier 1 emails and escalate issues accordingly
  • Work within our WMS to ensure orders and client operations are reviewed and tracked properly


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Experience with design platforms like Canva and Adobe Suite for social media and marketing graphics
  • 1+ years of fast-paced customer support experience with a passion for customer experience
  • Strong research and analytical skills for prioritizing and troubleshooting in high-pressure situations
  • Collaborative team player with clients and partners
  • Skilled in strategic problem-solving using SOPs and all available resources
  • Proficient in planning, capturing, and editing photo and video content for social media and website use
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
