Job Description

US Marine Works started business in November 2022. The purpose of this business was to handle marine repairs and services for Synergy Group vessels as well as offer services to other clients.


Scope of services include steel, engine, machinery, hydraulic, electrical, automation, marine safety repair as well as procurement of technical supplies


We are looking for a workshop manager who would be responsible for:

  • Ensuring jobs are done as per specifications
  • Communication with clients
  • Growing business through contacts in the marine industry
  • Maintaining profitabilty
  • Accurate invoicing
  • Communication with Classification Society
  • Quoting for jobs
  • Developing a team of dedicated professionals
