We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor at our Fridley, MN site. Make an impact on your community and the lives of others by leading a group in the repair of cutting-edge medical devices. The Supervisor would be responsible for a first shift Repair team providing repair and analysis on external instruments for Cardiac or Neuro businesses.

A Day in the Life
As Manufacturing Supervisor, you will coach and supervise a group of repair technicians and clerks to ensure the timely and cost-effective repair, analysis, and shipping of high-quality medical devices.

· Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in Service and Repair area(s) to meet timeliness goals, quality, and cost objectives.

· Prioritizes schedules based on patient need, product mix, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.

· Plans and administers procedures.

· Makes budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and labor.

· Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

· Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • A High School Diploma AND a minimum 5 years of manufacturing work experience OR An Associate’s Degree AND a minimum 2 years of manufacturing work experience OR A Bachelor’s Degree AND 1 year of manufacturing experience

    Nice to Have

    • Previous medical device repair experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
