Manufacturing Operator Jobs

We are working with our client FMI, a Spirit AeroSystems Company, in seeking a 2nd shift Manufacturing Operator to be based in their Biddeford, Maine location.

Requirements of the Manufacturing Operator:

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to obtain a U.S. clearance
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math aptitude
• Production / Manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Operator:

• Loads and unloads equipment with proper tools and technique
• Observes and records equipment temperature readings
• Performs detailed visual and quality inspections of the loom, parts, and materials
• Operates Loom equipment with needle making and sewing
