Job Description

We are working with our client FMI, a Spirit AeroSystems Company, in seeking a 1st shift Manufacturing Operator to be based in their Biddeford, Maine location.


Requirements of the Manufacturing Operator:

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Basic math aptitude
  • Production / Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. clearance
  • High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Operator:

  • Loads and unloads equipment with proper tools and technique
  • Operates Loom equipment with needle making and sewing
  • Performs detailed visual and quality inspections of the loom, parts, and materials
  • Observes and records equipment temperature readings
