Manual QA with Salesforce
FLSA Status: Exempt
Location: Atlanta, GA
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manual Quality Assurance Tester with Salesforce experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and user requirements. The Manual Quality Assurance Tester will work closely with the development team to identify, isolate, and document defects or bugs in the software.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily.
- Work closely with the development team to reproduce and resolve issues
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes or updates do not affect existing functionality
- Identify, isolate, and document defects or bugs in the software
- Develop and maintain test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform manual testing of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and user requirements
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure software quality
- Build and maintain test data sets for testing purposes
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the quality assurance process, including identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement

Qualifications

Education / Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in manual testing of software applications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Technical Skills
- Be comfortable with QA concepts and terminology.
- Clear understanding of QA process and workflow.
- Working knowledge of test cases planning, test writing, and defect tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with SQL/Database basics.
- Can perform function and regression testing independently.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce testing and Salesforce applications
- Knowledge of REST API basics.
