NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. - Centrally manage end to end operations for contracted Nike athletes, teams, and relevant sport moments, ensuring Nike's Sports Marketing contractual agreements are satisfied. Lead the management of systems, processes, and tools that support effective delivery of product and legal compliance for APLA Sports Marketing (SM). Increase consumer demand for Nike product by supporting contracted teams, athletes, and agents, providing product for key performance or brand activation moments. Work closely with extended operations, product, and planning teams to identify and resolve issues affecting Sports Marketing operations and mitigate risks that could result in breach of contract. Understand relevant APLA government regulations regarding duties, taxes, import and export requirements, and use knowledge to advise internal Nike partners of most efficient and compliant logistics practices. Monitor buys, creatively resolve coverage and delivery issues, and maintain healthy inventory levels. Use data to improve forecasts and shape buys, and work with territory sports marketing teammates to review usage and proactively liquidate aging inventory. Ensure that inventory issues, contractual commitments, and necessary volume are understood and appropriately met across Latin America and Asia Pacific countries and SM portfolio. Leverage reporting and collaborate cross functionally to enable effective management of product commitments and inventory management. Manage the contractual merchandise allotments and compliance for all APLA athletes in the Locker database.


Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a business-related position.
