In this role you will help plan and develop winning sales strategies working with Account Executives and Planning Analysts. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Account Collaboration - Partnering with Account Executives, you will fully execute all Sales Planning initiatives. Together you will work to forecast base and incremental/promotional volume. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with partners within Category Strategy, Finance, Brand Growth, Catman, Supply Chain and Sales Leadership. All working together as one Team.
  • Planning Process – Leveraging our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles, you will assist in the annual planning process with a focus on delivering Company, Category & Customer objectives. Proactively providing direction on opportunities and threats based off Syndicated and/or Account data will be key to your success.
  • Business Analytics – Utilizing your strategic mindset, data and all resources available, you will track, analyze and communicate new recommendations on how to enhance forecasting and customer results. You will provide direction on how to improve key category Profit & Loss metrics (Gross Sales, Net Sales, and Sales Contribution Margin) based on promotion outcomes, spending, and volume.
  • Data Champion – You will be responsible for the Team’s data integrity. You will function as the expert on the data from our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Tools while providing Ad-Hoc financial and data analysis, including pre/post event analysis.
  • Project Management – Your expertise and skill set may be called upon to participate in or directly manage the execution of important special projects or activities with specific deadlines.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


  • Ability to work in conditions w/ multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints.
  • Advanced technical ability in Trade Promotion Management Software (TPM)
  • Previous Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Business Planning and/or Analytical Experience
  • Proven fact-based selling experience as well as experience with Nielsen, Business Warehouse Reporting and SAP
  • BA/BS Degree preferred; HS Diploma required.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to tell a story using data.
  • Ability to communicate complex, detailed information to various audiences w/differing knowledge levels, both written and verbally.
  • Advanced Excel expertise (e.g. Pivot Tables & V-Lookups) and proven efficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
