Job Summary

Responsible for collaborating with sales leaders to create a customized plan for leadership development and facilitating the delivery of sales onboarding and leadership development for the West Division.

Core Responsibilities

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Partners with sales leaders and partners to build a customized plan for leadership development
  • Leads testing environment requests to include test accounts and required test data. Provides centralized defect management for on-site UAT and live trials, maintains the defect and issues log and conducts daily defect reviews.
  • Defines a training plan to ensure business continuity.
  • Initiates metrics baseline and ongoing collection process in region. Advances project issues and risks as appropriate.
  • Involved in the facilitation and delivery of sales onboarding and leadership development for the West Division
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as vital.
  • Prepares and communicates daily testing status and defect reports. Leads daily testing status and defect tracking.
  • Implements deployment readiness program for regional rollouts, including communications and training support for call centers.
  • Reviews and updates Training Strategy to meet region specific needs.
  • Develops and defines methods and procedures for end user to address deploying technology and operational process changes.
  • Defines quality gates to ensure market readiness is in line with deployment achievements.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:

Pay Range: $97,463.18 - $146,194.77

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
