Job Details


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Manager of Service Success in the Healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Service Success Program and ensuring we meet the needs of our team, those we serve and the Denver community. This is a full-time position that requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the Wellbeing Partnership Council (an Advisory Council) to provide feedback and input regarding service experience initiatives.
  • Facilitate quality improvement and assurance activities that assess how well service delivery processes and systems are meeting expectations of various stakeholders, particularly the people we serve.
  • Develop and manage a “Service Success” program that collaboratively and strategically informs implementation of service delivery systems to meet (and exceed) the needs and expectations of people we serve, staff, operational interests, and contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all service-related documentation and processes are up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Provide analysis of trends and themes to inform quality improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on service performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Present findings, make recommendations, and participate in collaborative (multi-department) implementation of solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that service-related issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Respond to calls, complaints, and grievances as they are received, ensuring the review, resolution and documentation processes are fair, respectful, and completed in a timely manner.
  • Recruit to maintain full seats and diverse representation that is reflective of the service programs and community.


Qualifications


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare industry and its regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Manager of Service Success, Service Success, or Service Success Program.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
