We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manager, Membership Experience with the Ticket Sales & Service Department. The Manager of Membership Experience is responsible for collaborating in the oversight of the Membership Experience team. This individual will be responsible for five (5) or six (6) direct reports working closely with a second Manager of Membership Experience overseeing the remaining five (5) or six (6) of the eleven (11) total team members. This position manages each direct report to ensure they provide best-in-class customer service to all members to enhance renewal rates and grow revenue, year over year. They will be responsible for collaborating to drive new business initiatives through cross-selling into the membership base and market by providing consistent training on the sales process, and recruit, hire, and train and develop ticket sales and service team members.
What Will You Do
  • Team member management & coaching.
  • Escalated member calls.
  • Create and maintain service-standards and non-negotiables.
  • Strategy and process development.
  • Event planning.
What We Need From Our Manager, Membership Experience
  • Managing escalated calls/problem solving skills
  • Archtics (or other ticketing system)
  • Coaching experience with team members/developing and leading trainings.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to drive new business initiatives
  • Microsoft Dynamics (or other CRM system)
  • 2+ years of management experience
Experience/ Education Requirements
  • 1-2 years managing a sales and service team preferred.
  • Must have creativity to create & drive new sales and service initiatives & campaigns.
  • Must be willing to collaborate with a second leader on the Membership Experience team.
