Job Description
Go Maverick Group has a B2B marketing agency client who is looking for a digital marketing professional who excels at and enjoys marketing automation. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have in-depth HubSpot and Salesforce experience.


Digital Campaigns


  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing Strategies and account managers to create, plan and execute campaigns and supporting tactics in HubSpot, Pardot and other platforms
  • Create, report on and optimize nurture workflows
  • Bring new technology and best practice ideas to the agency for improving technology implementations
  • Serve as a lead resource for client questions about marketing automation--attend client meetings and own HubSpot/Pardot strategy for select clients
  • Assist in standardizing the implementation of digital marketing tactics across the agency
  • Coordinate trouble ticket items with marketing automation software platforms as they arise
  • Execute and report on A/B tests
  • Monitor and analyze ROI and KPIs to provide insight for improvement
  • Support and align with SEO and PPC projects with the eventual ownership of some client SEO or PPC strategy and execution
  • Build reports on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI.


Salesforce Administration


  • Troubleshoot user issues and answer questions for clients
  • Create bidirectional syncs between marketing automation tools to their client's Salesforce orgs; generate closed-loop ROI reports to showcase the return on marketing programs
  • Collaborate with Director of Digital Marketing and Marketing Managers to find areas of opportunities to upsell clients on new programs and tools based on ROI reports
  • Document processes and resources to share with clients to ensure best practices within their Salesforce org


Content Development


  • Coordinate the creation and publishing of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, etc.)
  • Ensure content written is consistent with our client’s brand and personas
  • Assist in writing and execution of digital marketing campaigns and playbooks, including emails and social media


Requirements


  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management
  • Proficient in Google Analytics/GA4, certification preferred
  • 3- 5+ years experience with Salesforce - proficient; Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred
  • 3 - 5+ years Marketing Automation experience, HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot proficient, certification preferred
  • Analytical minded – ability to work with data to make informed decisions on optimizations
  • Strong critical thinking with problem solving ability
  • Self-motivated with the ability to hit deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS experience a plus
  • 5+ years overall Digital Marketing experience, agency experience preferred
  • Client-facing communication skills
