Job Description

Overview /Objective
This person will provide analytics leadership to support NFL fan growth and fan engagement across international markets. This person will be the main point of contact with international marketing stakeholders to ensure the data analysis provided meets their business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Partner across the organization and international marketing teams to deliver analytics solutions in line with business needs and opportunities
  • Build and manage statistical or machine learning models for audience creation
  • Deliver analytics leadership to meet international business needs
  • Coordinate with data engineering team to translate needs of business stakeholders into engineering requirements
  • Develop analytics strategies to support segmentation, experimentation and measurement to drive international fandom
  • Provide stakeholders with actionable insights through data analysis so markets better understand international fan behavior
  • Support stakeholders and partners by answering complex business questions and ensuring key deliverables and dependencies are met
  • Analyze data for segmentation opportunities to drive 1:1 fan communications
Required Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Performing analysis on large customer data sets
  • Build statistical or machine learning models to support stakeholder use cases
  • Requires at least five (5) years of prior experience in a data science or analytics position
  • Analyzing data using SQL
  • Perform ad hoc analysis
  • Creating visualizations, presentations and storyboarding for effective communication to senior leadership
  • Answer complex business questions by using appropriate statistical techniques and accounting for data inconsistencies
  • Completing projects or deliverables end to end
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data management, data quality and data/analytical tools
  • Background or subject matter experience with marketing or customer segmentation
  • Experience using Python to analyze datasets and automate processes
  • Experience working with agile methodologies using Kanban boards and Scrums for effective project management
  • Build reports using a data visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau

Travel
  • Travel may be required up to 1 month out of the year.

Salary / Pay Range

Terms / Expected Hours of Work
  • NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week.
