Position Duties

• Work in cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Provide ongoing internal customer support for EDI product questions and problems.
• Conducting Gap Analysis, coordinating gap closure of business process changes.
• Take ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Supporting integration testing of enterprise systems and post implementation validation.
• Own detailed project oversight for several Supplier Integrations in parallel and facilitate communication between all external and internal stakeholders while providing technical consultancy.
• Ensure governance and compliance of Service level agreements, incident management, change and monitoring of systems regarding integration tools.
• Ensure EDI technical environment is cost effective and efficient in supporting the business.
• Oversee strategy, technical roadmap and administration of integration platforms and EDI for all Kind Enterprise system Landscape (including North America, UK & Canada).
• Continuously improves delivery of EDI services, achieves EDI Operations and Support performance targets while maintaining adherence to defined processes, workflow, methodology and technology standards.
• Provide production support for the JDE application and related systems and interfaces to provide application support for the end users assisting them in effectively using the ERP systems system and handling system related inquiries and formulating enterprise solutions.
• Handle current and future EDI requirements, including documentation, mapping, coordination of vendors, implementation and troubleshooting of current and future EDI partners (retailers, suppliers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers).
• Collaborate with Operations management peers to improve departmental and organizational performance by developing benchmark measures to evaluate productivity and service quality.
• Oversee both service delivery from an EDI operational support and ramp up services perspective.
• Provide a single point of contact for all EDI/B2B related technical components: Communications, Data Translation, Integrations, and supporting standards.
• Work with platform and portfolio leaders to use the right toolset to support the application strategy of the portfolio and platform.
• Collaborate with IT management peers to facilitate the alignment of organizational business and information technology strategies and plans.
• Ensure appropriate level of support for the ongoing performance of EDI processes and applications.
• Design and build systems solutions within ERP and identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement for order to cash cycle, supply chain and manufacturing.
• Leverage metrics and KPI’s to improve service delivery and team/individual performance.
• Evolve the EDI solution and incorporate best practices.
• Work with business partners and customers both internally and externally to ensure expectation sin service delivery are met.
• Effective resource manager for EDI team members, sets clear objectives, provides coaching and mentoring, addresses performance, facilitates resolution of issues.
• Build and leverage strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to attract and grow the utilization of our EDI integration solutions.
• Create business requirements, workflows, system design, and functional specifications to automate existing processes.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of experience in EDI project management.

Special Requirements

Education or experience with the following:

• EDI standards: ANSI, TRADACOMS, and EDI FACTS
• Experience managing EDI service interacting with business partners, managed service partners and third parties like True Commerce, SPS commerce, IBM
• Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or foods and beverages industry
• Experience working with Retailers and Suppliers in a 3PL and Subcontracting MFG environment handling relationships and onboarding
• SAP Sales & Distribution
• Experience in EDI stands: EDIFACT & TRADACOMS, Xml
• Experience with widely used ERP like JDE, SAP
• Knowledge of AS/ftp/http connectivity and networking protocols
• Experience in project management applications (such as Jira) and incident management tools

SALARY RANGE: $138,590 to $138,590 per year
