The Manager of Environmental & Social Programs and Services is responsible for new product implementation, and oversight of existing and new revenue programs, products, and services, including state mandated Renewable and Demand Side Management (DSM) programs. The Environmental & Social Program and Services Manager provides direction for research, analysis, and implementation of new and existing programs and services, including the traditional 4Ps (product, pricing, promotion, and placement), and is responsible for measurement of performance of products, services, and programs which meet the needs of customers. The Environmental & Social Programs and Services Manager manages and leads a team of program managers, supervisors and other staff for successful day-to-day activities and meeting objectives and goals as set by the Director.

What you will do

  • Monitors industry and regulatory changes and establishes technological or business objectives to meet the changing environment and by establishing professional relationships with key customers, vendors and consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Overseas the implementation and monitoring of all current and potential Demand Side Management and Renewable Energy regulatory programs ensuring business and regulatory objectives are met, including program goals and milestones as approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission.
  • Manages and directs regulatory filings and represents the Company at Commission Open Meetings, Workshops, and planning processes, and provide testimony when appropriate.
  • Provides direction and guidance for the successful management and promotion of programs, products, and services among all stakeholders.

What you bring

  • Requires excellent verbal and written skills, public speaking and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Demand Side Management/ Renewable Energy products or services, including, but not limited to, energy efficiency equipment, demand response technologies, solar, and EVs.
  • Supervisory experience
  • Requires strong management, leadership and change management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, applied mathematics, business, marketing, engineering or related field.

Pay Rate: $105,000 + Dependent on qualifications and experience.
