Job Description
Fort Myers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has an opening for Maintenance Technician at our 120-bed skilled nursing facility.
The Maintenance technician is responsible for the overall maintenance operation of the facility, responsibilities include:
  • Performing repairs and maintenance on equipment.
  • Performing regular daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance checks.
  • Maintains the facility and grounds, free of hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws pertaining to Florida nursing homes.
