Job Description
Minimum Qualifications


Proficient in the use of a volt/Ohmmeter


One of the following


  • Completion of an Apprenticeship Program in electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry
  • 1 of the most recent 3 years’ experience performing maintenance duties


And


Working knowledge of a minimum of 2 of the following crafts


  • Painting
  • Electrical
  • Carpentry
  • HVAC/Refrigeration
  • Maintenance Mechanics


Licensure/Registration/Certification


  • Active Unrestricted Class D U.S. driver’s license


Desired Qualifications


  • Completion of a two-year technical school program
  • For this specific position, electrical and plumbing experience needed along with computer skills.


Maintain, repair, fabricate and install various equipment in accordance with established standards.
