Maintenance Technician Jobs

The Carver County Community Development Agency (CDA) is seeking a talented and reliable maintenance technician to join our growing team. The Carver County CDA is a government agency that provides affordable housing and economic development services in Carver County. As a key member of the property team, this position provides maintenance, repair, and upkeep at CDA owned and managed sites. Areas of responsibility include mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and lock repair. Paid overtime and a \$200 stipend for on-call. While on call, employees must remain within 45 minutes of CDA owned properties, in Carver County. Summary of Responsibilities and Requirements including but not limited to: Perform general maintenance work on CDA owned properties Processing work order requests in a timely manner Assist in the preparation of unit turns Perform emergency maintenance work Maintain positive and respectful relationships with vendors, residents, and coworkers Other duties as assigned Final candidates are subject to a pre-employment physical and a criminal background check. This position is full time, 40 hours a week. The CDA offers a competitive salary range of \$21 to \$26 per hour, depending on experience.
