We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility located in Canton, OH. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial automation equipment in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment malfunctions.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on industrial automation equipment.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently.
• Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for maintenance emergencies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
