We are hiring for the role of a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate should be organized and have a strong maintenance background. Prior experience is preferred however, we encourage entry level applicants with formal education in the trades to apply. This opportunity provides long-term stability for the perfect candidate to professionally grow with the company. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.

Managing the property with care is your utmost responsibly in performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs as needed, make-readies, and the upkeep of all common areas and units. We seek high levels of professionalism and respectful mannered employees to be a part of our team. A qualified candidate must either possess an education correlated to work experience, be a High School graduate, possess a GED, receive equivalent work experience, be a vocational and technical school graduate, or currently enrolled in a diploma program.
