• Inspect and lubricate pneumatic actuators and linkages
• Inventory and purchase of consumable maintenance items and repair parts
• Inspect belts and filters, replace when required
• Inspect and lubricate condensate and circulating pumps
• Repair/replace centrifugal pumps
• Replace incandescent and florescent lamps
• Patching, sanding and taping, drywall, metal, masonry and wood surfaces
• Replace/Replacement of electrical fixtures
• Rebuild/replace steam traps
• Repair/replace thermostats and thermostatic control valves
• Repair of lockers, cabinets, bookshelves, and dispensers
• Installation/repair of electric fan and pump motors
• Interior and exterior minor structural repairs
• Inspect belts and filters, change oil in air compressors
• Delivery of bulk mailings
• Interior and exterior surface preparation and painting
• Repair worn spots in adhesive backed carpeting
• Coordinate and deliver vehicles to shop for service and repairs
• Weekly maintenance checks of school and community vehicles
• Clear clogged drains, disposals, and toilets
• Repair/replace flush valves and faucets, shower mixing valves and shower heads
• Installation/repair of cove molding and corner guards
• Maintenance and repairs of door and window hardware. Glazing replacement.
• Scheduling and performing maintenance and repairs of HVAC equipment
• Clean and inspect high and low water level control valves
• Repair drinking fountains and wash basins
• Prime, seal, stain, and paint various surfaces
• Lubricate and adjust stem packing on steam isolation valves
• Clean and lubricate window slides
• Cleaning of condenser and heating coils
• Installation of movie screens/chalkboards
• Replace vinyl and carpeted floor tiles
• Repair/adjust/replace hinges, locks, latches, and handles
• Clean/flush boiler vessels, tubes, and feed water tanks
• Drywall repair and patching
• Order and maintain inventory of filters, belts, lamps, ballasts, and lubricants
• Floor and ceiling tile replacement
• Program interior and exterior lighting timers
• Replace switches, outlets, fuses and breakers
• Replace florescent light ballasts
• Lubricate motors and fan bearings
• Maintenance and repairs of lighting systems
• Installation and maintenance of lighting fixtures and photocells
• Power-washing walkways and walls
• Fluid levels, belts/hoses, lights/signals, tire pressure
• Replace both attached and suspended acoustic ceiling tiles
• Graffiti removal
