Maintenance Technician Jobs

Pay Range- $24.64 - $31.92

Major Responsibilities:

• Read and use blueprints and schematic diagrams as directed.
• Perform welding and torch cutting as required.
• Install, maintain, and repair all electrical wiring, motors, and allied equipment. Have advanced knowledge of AC motor controls.
• Perform other duties as directed by Management.
• Maintain and repair all equipment and machinery used in the processing plant.
• Operate, install, maintain, and repair all plant refrigeration
• Operate, install, maintain, and repair all steam plant equipment.

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and lift heavy objects up to 70 pounds.
• Must be able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
• May be required to work holidays or weekends.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work in an area that requires hearing protection.
• Must have a working knowledge of electronics, and be able to repair, maintain and program computer operated equipment.
• Must be able to climb a ladder.
• Must have ability to work long hours and willingness to work various shifts.
• Must have the ability to work in emergency situations under adverse conditions.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in industrial manufacturing or processing maintenance.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperature (hot and cold).
• Must be able to work in wet/humid conditions.
