Maintenance Technician Iii Jobs

This position consists of but is not limited to, the proven ability to meet our grounds, and entry-level, and intermediate maintenance job requirements. Candidates should be able to oversee the training and assistance to team members, are able to be a resource that will supplement help whenever needed to team members, master the make-ready process and meet deadlines, and demonstrate electrical and plumbing skills while having the willingness and ability to continue to learn and advance within the company.

• Knowledge of electrical and gas water heaters
• Well-versed in heating and air
• HVAC
• Property group advisor
• Displays a good example of customer service as a model to other members of their team
• Evaluates staff abilities
• Leads the team in morale building
• The position is considered a working supervisor and does not require Corporate Level responsibilities
• Overall a resource and an authority on all things maintenance to Wooten Company expectations
• Knowledge of electrical and gas furnaces

The pay scale is subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances and is to be set by Senior Management. The position may be adjusted from Hourly to Salary.
