HILLS Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor at our luxury apartment community, Brinley Place, in Fairborn, Ohio!

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you play a key role as team leader and team member; delegating, supervising and directing the work of the maintenance department while upholding our reputation and high standards of customer service. Duties include:

• Manage successful vendor relationships
• Leading maintenance team
• Maintaining and elevating the community/asset
• Building and maintaining customer loyalty and brand reputation
• Managing/supporting the timely completion of all maintenance and turnover needs, in accordance with company standards
• Embracing HILLS mission, vision and values by demonstrating a professional and positive outlook with teammates, residents, vendors, and future residents
• Training and development of associates

• Have a minimum of 2 years residential property management maintenance supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• A keen eye for attention to detail for entire community.
• First- hand knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair required.
• HVAC certified
• Must have superior communication & customer service skills.
