Maintenance Supervisor Details


  • $ 70,000.00 / annually
  • Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 12:00am )
  • Direct Hire position
  • Weekend work required


Job Details


  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their effective performance
  • Ensure equipment is maintained to meet safety, quality, and production standards
  • Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, equipment, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock availability
  • Assist in preparing maintenance budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing costs
  • Assign tasks, schedule work shifts, and evaluate their progress
  • Coordinate and oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production equipment


Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications


  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience working in ammonia refrigeration and HACCP would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thrive in a team-based environment and have a willingness to jump into challenges or situations that are new
  • Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing experience is desired
  • 3+ years of maintenance supervision experience within a food manufacturing environment
