The Position:

As Maintenance Supervisor you will lead our maintenance staff within the distribution center. Your team will provide a full range of services including preventative maintenance actions, equipment repairs, and maintain the appearance of all equipment and building grounds.

What you will do in this position:

• Ensure ongoing preventative maintenance for all systems operational in the DC; including HVAC systems, electrical units, lighting, roofing system, generators, parking lots, fans, restrooms and other plumbing systems, etc.
• Lead a team that repairs miscellaneous distribution center equipment; including forklifts, battery maintenance, power jacks, hand jacks, corporate vehicles, etc. and keep a detailed history log on each piece of equipment repaired.
• Lead and mentor team members

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of and experience with industrial equipment and building maintenance
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects

Qualifications we would like to see:

• 1 or more years of supervisory experience

**Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug test and/or MVR check, as applicable for the role.
