Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

The Landscape Maintenance Manager will primarily be responsible for:

  • Scheduling Crews & Time Management
  • Customer Planning, Feedback & Problem Solving
  • Seasonal Site Strategy Setting
  • Standards of Service
  • Efficiency Improvements & Ideas Contribution
  • Regularly Scheduled Site evaluation
  • Project Planning & Management
  • Customer Needs & Opportunities Identification

  • Experience in: Lawn, Landscaping, Horticulture, Planting, Trees, Shrubs, Irrigation, Lighting and/or any subset of skills and knowledge in these areas
  • Embracing of Technology for use in scheduling, escalation & issues tracking
