Job Description

Location: Freeport

Intended duration: >1 year

Job requirements:

  • Language: English fluent / Spanish is a plus
  • Accountable and responsible for risk assessment and determination of maintenance needS to preserve the continuity of the operations by improving system/equipment reliability by means of providing input to the 3-year maintenance plan.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-years technical degree plus relevant experience in relevant fields
  • Negotiation skills would be useful
  • Familiar with Federal, state and local environmental regulations including RCRA
  • Understanding of environmental, DOT, USCG, safety, health and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in emergency response
  • Preventative maintenance experience
  • Project management or construction projects experience
  • Knowledge of response and incident command system (ICS)
  • 10+ years’ experience working in Maintenance, Technical or Engineering fields
  • Experience working with government documentation is a plus
