Duties: Perform daily trade execution. Provide market access. Advise on market fundamentals and products. Manage HF business. Oversee direct reports. Recruit and retain junior talent. Macro products across FX, rates, and sov credit in both EM and DM space. Manage key strategic institutional client relationships across Hedge Funds and Asset Managers. Advise clients on market and trade fundamentals. Help clients transact in the suite of products offered by JPM across FX, Rates, and Credit. Manage HF business within Macro Execution while meeting key business targets on revenue and market share.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Macro Sales, Equity Sales, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: DM and EM markets in FX, Rates, and sov Credit; Key institutional client management; expertise of key markets in North and Latin America; Emerging Markets knowledge; APAC Client expertise; Hedge Fund client coverage; Bloomberg; TradeWeb; and Excel for modeling and pricing of risk.
