Operator trainee positions start their pay at $17.60 per hour and offer a variety of shift options with additional premium of $2.50 for night shift hours

Weekday Night Shift: 4 nights from 7P-7A, Sun-Wed or Mon-Thurs

Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for promoting safety awareness and keeping safety as a number one priority.

Assist operators with set-up and operation of equipment in either the press or bag department.

Support continuous improvement through team participation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

Stable work history

Must be able to demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems

Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check

Physical Requirements:

Lifting up to 50 pounds

Must be able to climb, kneel, bend, squat

Must be able to grasp, push, pull and have fine motor skills

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
