People Ready of Batesville, IN is now hiring Machine Operators! As a Machine Operator, you will operate weld production equipment with a great local company. Overtime is available, and no experience is needed.

Pay Rate


The pay rate for this job is $17.00 - $17.85 / hour


What You'll Be Doing As a Machine Operator


  • Inspect components for quality
  • Package for shipping
  • Use robotic welder to weld components
  • Assemble parts and fasten components using a rivet gun or other fasteners
  • Place parts into jig and press button to start robotic welder
  • Keep area clean and free of debris


Available Shifts


Shift Timings:1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening) &3rd Shift (Night)


Job Requirements


  • No experience required
  • Bend, reach, stand, and lift for entire shift.
  • Able to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Lift up to 60lbs when needed
  • Background check and drug screening required
