Job Description
We are searching for compassionate and energetic individuals to join our team. We are seeking a Full-Time LPN, Medical Assistant, or CNA based in our Concord location. This position will travel to Huntersville on Wednesdays and the remaining days in Concord. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in a busy neurosurgery practice. New graduates will be considered based on previous experience and capabilities. You must be able to multi-task and remain flexible to ever-changing physician and patient needs. This position requires excellent communication skills with all levels of patients and staff, strong decision-making skills, and is a self-starter who can work effectively in a team environment.
Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Applies our values in decision-making and interactions with all individuals.
  • Assists physicians and APPs with clinics and various procedures.
  • Rooms patients; obtains vitals, medical history, medication records, and chief complaint.
  • Promotes a positive work environment through effective teamwork.
  • Complies with all our processes and HIPAA regulations.
  • Completes disability and FMLA forms and other forms as required based on interventions planned using specific parameters as provided by licensed staff.
  • Maintains patient records using EMR. Experience with Next Gen is a plus.
Hours:
Monday – Friday
40 hours/week rotating shifts between 7:30am - 5:00pm
Travel required to Huntersville and other locations within Northern Market.
