Summary:

Join the OhioHealth team as a home health LPN! Experience one on one patient care, a flexible schedule, and a great benefits package. Home health LPN’s work with an RN and an interdisciplinary team to care for patients in the home setting. Join our amazing home health team with a reasonable and fair weekend rotation and a flexible schedule with no on-call. Home health LPN’s provide skilled care to patients to achieve outcomes in collaboration with the RN and patient’s provider.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, DL - Driver's License - Department of Motor Vehicles, LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of Nursing

Must hold a current license from the State of Ohio. successfully completed Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course. Basic Life support Provider.
