Essential Functions

• Identify opportunities for improving or streamlining processes
• Other duties as assigned
• Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur including employee call-outs, changes in client's or employee's availability, etc.
• Identify gaps in the availability of current employees and client needs to create the hiring forecast
• Accept On-Call Responsibilities as needed
• Effectively manages assigned team through systems and reports on a daily/weekly basis
• Fill in for Scheduling Coordinators as needed
• On call weekend coverage for escalation of client concerns. Weekend coverage coordinators will escalate client concerns as needed to LPN Clinical Lead.
• Maintain an understanding of the scheduling system that is used and configured, including the ability to provide an application overview
• Responsible for holding direct reports accountable for meeting expectations/KPI's
• Act as a subject matter expert and resource to other team members
• Responsible for overseeing direct reports including assignments and scheduling, productivity, development, and performance management

Education, Experience And Licensure Requirements

• Must be able to pass a required TB test and physical exam
• Customer service experience via phone, email, or chat
• Minimum 3 years of high-volume scheduling experience required.
• Fluency in English and a second language preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in the direct care of elders or adults with disabilities preferred
• Valid Massachusetts LPN State Licensure
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Microsoft Suite and Google Suite proficiency required.
• Current CPR Certification (if not, it can be provided)
• Experience utilizing scheduling software, Skedulo and Salesforce required.
