Position Responsibilities

• Direct our team of corporate logistics specialists, facilitating their career and skill development.
• Collaborate with branch management to define continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and maintain critical carrier-partner relationships and support new carrier identification, relationship development and on-boarding.
• Examine data for trends and develop management reports and summaries.
• Participate in strategic plan preparation and deployment.

Minimum Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills.
• International experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in a logistics management role.
