Job Description
Location Operator - $1500 Sign-on BONUS!


Job Type: Full-time - Hourly


Galt, IA


Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM *Extended hours including weekends during peak season

Responsibilities


  • Maintain and clean grain facilities and equipment
  • Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
  • Cross train and assist the agronomy department in the busy season
  • Perform the operational functions of grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain
  • Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
  • Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude


Physical Requirements


  • Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
  • Be able to lift up to 50lbs. unassisted
  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, prolonged periods of standing, working in confined spaces, elevated heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of weather conditions, such as heat, cold,
