about this team
The Live Broadcast Lead team is part of the Content Production Team who produces all digital fitness content for lululemon Studio. We manage a three-studio live production space in New York City. The LBL team is key in creating an excellent production experience for all talent who comes through our space and keeps our studios running smoothly.
a day in the life: what you’ll do

• Manage and execute daily schedule of a three-studio live production space, as well as occasional off-site production, overseeing shifts with on-camera talent and technicians
• Run on-camera rehearsals, give feedback and monitor live classes from a technical and creative perspective, being the main point of contact for all on-camera Talent in studio
• Based out of lululemon Studio production facility in NY, NY
• Communicate cross functionally with Programming, Ops, Talent, Technical and Member facing departments for upcoming programs, App content launches and events
• Help troubleshoot and problem solve in-studio issues (with people and equipment)

qualifications

• Proficient in organizing schedules, processes, and systems to prioritize and execute production processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving - in person and via remote tools
• Experience working with on air talent, coaching or directing, a bonus
• Experience in Live Production Environment in an organizational or management capacity- broadcast, theatre, streaming, news, music, events, etc.
• Basic understanding of technical workflows and broadcast/streaming equipment

Compensation and Benefits Package
For NYC Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in NYC is from $75,100 - $98,600 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
