Avera is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

Job Summary

• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) maintains confidentiality of patients, visitors, organization personnel and organization business in general.
• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will serve as a resident advocate for quality clinical care.
• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs an active role in nursing, as well as mentoring staff, assessing residents, communicating with staff, physicians and residents.

Licensure/Certification/Registration and Experience

• Licensed as an LPN in MN required

Work Schedule

• Casual position requires employees to work a minimum of 2 shifts per month, one being a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and one holiday per year (if needed).
