Job Description

Scion Staffing is conducting an immediate search for a Bilingual Intake Specialist on behalf of a well-established workers’ compensation and personal injury law firm in Chicago, IL! This is an exciting onsite position offering a full-time work schedule and the opportunity to make a significant contribution to our client’s success!


This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service and care from the moment they engage with our firm! As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the initial client contact, case evaluation, and the establishment of a solid foundation for our legal proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Legal experience background; workers' compensation and personal injury background is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English Proficiency) required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of legal administration and client intake procedures
  • Proficient in evaluating cases and making informed decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively


Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards our clients' situations
  • Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring all client files are up-to-date and accurately recorded in our database
  • Conduct thorough and detailed client intake interviews, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded for case evaluation
  • Evaluate potential cases based on the information provided during the intake process, using your legal knowledge and judgment
  • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with our legal team to ensure a smooth transition of client cases from intake to legal proceedings
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, professionally handling inquiries and providing information about our services


Compensation:

This exciting opening offers the opportunity to join a dedicated team of legal professionals on a long term permanent basis, a hourly compensation range of $26.50- $35/hr (dependent on experience). Overtime is available and approved up to 5 hours per week at a range of $39.75- $52.50/hr (any hours worked over 40 hours per week). You will also receive a robust benefits package including:

  • Regular PTO accrues per week and 16 End of Year Days
  • $50,000 life insurance
  • 16 hours floating holidays 4 Additional holidays (32 hours) – around July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years
  • 100% employer paid premium for medical, dental, vision, including choice between BC/BS PPO or HMO.
